A new Public Policy Polling Survey shows Barack Obama with an 11-point lead in the crucial state of Ohio, 50-39 percent. The main reason: A strong “unity bounce” that has brought former Hillary Clinton supporters strongly behind the Democratic candidate. Obama leads equally with both men and women, is about tied with white voters and enjoys a 50+ percentage point lead among African-Americans. In March, McCain led Obama in this poll 49-41.
